The Northwest Culture Observatory is the region's strategic culture research and intelligence network.
Our remit is to champion evidence, share insight and build intellectual capacity across the cultural sector.
We work across the breadth of cultural domains, including sports, the arts, heritage, tourism, museums, libraries and archives and creative industries. Our regional remit includes Cheshire and Warrington, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside.
The Observatory is the research arm of Culture Northwest, the Regional Cultural Consortium and is funded by regional partners.
